How 3D Assets handles the personal data it receives through this site.
The data you enter in the claim review form: court case number, court or division, face value, procedural stage, name, email and phone. The site also collects navigation data through an analytics tool, subject to your consent.
Solely to assess whether an assignment transaction is viable, and to contact you about it.

No one, for any commercial purpose. The data is not assigned or sold. The claim review form uses the FormSubmit service as a technical processor: it receives what you type and delivers it to our mailbox, without keeping it for its own use.
You may at any time request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent.
