3D Assets
3D Assets

The firm

A boutique originating, enforcing and structuring judicial claims and non-performing corporate credit. A multidisciplinary team across finance, law and capital markets.

One firm, three competences

Who we are

3D Assets manages judicial claims — originating, enforcing and financing those assets.

We source and price claims from creditors, banks, corporates and law firms. We run enforcement with our own legal team, from the recovery thesis through to liquidation.

All three competences stay in-house — that is where value is created, and it is the part that cannot be bought ready-made.

What guides the decisions

Three pillars

Innovation

Modern methods applied to distressed assets and special situations.

Restructuring

Reorganising positions and liabilities through legal and financial design.

Value creation

Converting stalled liabilities and claims into performing assets.

Three partners, two fronts

Who does the work

In this asset class, no statistical model recovers a claim. What does is legal work and expertise in complex negotiations.

From screening to review

How decisions are made

01

Screening

Rejection on objective criteria, without committee discussion.

02

Due diligence

Full procedural, asset-tracing and economic file.

03

Committee

Formal approval, with the vote recorded and the thesis in writing.

04

Enforcement

Periodic follow-up against procedural milestones.

05

Review

Reassessment at every material procedural event.

The structure is lean by choice: in judicial claims, decisions must pass through few hands, and every one of them has to understand the case.
