3D Assets
3D Assets

Investors

A real asset, with an identified debtor and a verifiable case file — and no market to price it. That is where the premium comes from, and it has to be enforced to be earned.

The thesis on one page

Legal complexity, turned into an investment.

A judicial claim is hard to price and hard to enforce. That difficulty keeps the market away and creates the premium of the asset class. 3D Assets absorbs the complexity and uses the capital markets to deliver investors a product in a format they already know.

The result of each transaction is built at entry. We buy the claim at a discount to a value already recognised by a court, after financial, legal and asset analysis. That discount is where the future gain sits — realised through the legal work that is the firm's core competence.

Complexity stays with those who know how to resolve it. The premium it generates is what pays the investor.
Why the discount exists

Where the premium comes from

Feasibility analysis

Before buying, we analyse in detail the debtor, the assets the legal thesis can reach and the feasibility of enforcing against them. That analysis decides the outcome: buy a sound thesis, and the litigation and the recovery of value follow the expected course. Analysis before purchase is the key to everything.

Few capable buyers

Pricing requires specialised counsel; enforcement requires litigation infrastructure. Those with capital rarely have both, and those with both rarely have capital.

Downside with collateral

Entering at a discount to a claim already recognised by a court builds the margin of safety on day zero — not into a growth assumption.

The premium in this class is a premium on legal complexity. Whoever resolves the complexity captures it.

Four non-negotiable principles

Allocation philosophy

01

The price is made at entry

No amount of management repairs an asset bought expensive. The margin of safety comes from the discount on a claim already recognised in court, not from expected appreciation.

02

We only buy what we know how to enforce

If the recovery thesis is not written and tested before acquisition, the transaction does not clear. Complexity we cannot resolve is risk, not premium.

03

Preservation before return

We assess what is lost in the bad case first. Asymmetry comes from limiting the downside, not from projecting the upside.

04

The core competence is never outsourced

Origination and legal enforcement stay in-house. That is where value is created, and it is the one part that cannot be bought ready-made.

Three ways to take part

The products

Asset origination

We map, price and acquire the claim from the original creditor. The asset is delivered with a full procedural and asset-tracing file, a written recovery thesis, the assignment instrument, and enforcement handled by the firm's own legal team.

Securitisation

The originated portfolio is assigned to a securitisation company, which issues debentures backed by it — with an indenture, collateral, a trustee, and a segregated estate. This is the layer that turns a sound transaction into an investable product.

Fund management · being structured

The format for investors who require a regulated vehicle: independent administrator, manager, custodian and auditor, with periodic reporting to unitholders.

3D Assets originates in all three. What changes is who carries the asset.

Six enforcement strategies

How a claim becomes cash

The return does not come from the instrument — it comes from the thesis that reaches assets.

IDPJ moves enforcement from an empty shell to the group, the successor or the real owner. It is the step where legal work converts a nominally uncollectable claim into an enforceable asset.

Check it yourself

Transparency

Judicial claims have a rare advantage: they are public. Every asset has a court case number that can be verified, and any investor can open the file and check what we have said. That is how we prefer to be assessed.

If you would like to discuss a specific transaction, the assessment is free of charge and entirely confidential.
